SignShine – 6 week class

This fun-filled sign language class is designed especially for the specific needs and interests of toddlers that yearn to communicate. In class we express ourselves verbally and visually using music, books, puppets, toys, movement, bubbles and many more educational tools.

Children will learn practical signs to stimulate their bilateral brain development while enhancing communication with their family and peers.

Mixed ages (infant to 4 years old)

When: Friday Jan. 24th, 31st, Feb. 7, 14th, 21st, 28th (6 Fridays)

SignShine® supports the development of healthy minds and teaches people of all ages the skills needed to connect with one another through visual and meaningful interaction.

Hearing babies and toddlers can use hand movements to express concrete items and abstract concepts long before they are able to verbalize them.  SignShine teaches American Sign Language to young children, using simple, interactive tools such as books, games, songs, and rhymes. Children will learn to successfully communicate using practical signing.

Little Acorns Grow is offering a 6 week parent and me class for infants to preschoolers.
